What it is
A weft hand sewn to a row of micro beads. Nothing else.
Hand tied wefts are a strip of hair, knotted by hand, with no glue or tape or heat anywhere on the build. The strip — the weft — is sewn onto a row of small beads that have been clamped flat to your own hair. That's the entire mechanism. Because the weight is distributed across the row instead of concentrated on a few individual strands, the install sits closer to the scalp than tape or fusion ever does — and stays gentle on your natural hair for as long as you wear the same set of wefts.
The trade off is that hand tied wefts demand a colorist who can blend. A row of factory matched hair always reads a hair off. We color blend every weft in your chair before it's installed, so your natural hair and the Signature Hair leave the salon as one tone — not two close ones.

Most Scottsdale salons order through a third party and pass the markup on. The Salon Lounge does not. We test every weft before we stock it — a smaller catalog with a higher quality bar, backed by a four month hair quality warranty and reused across your move ups.

Plan for up to 2 hours for a full install. That covers the color match from on site Signature Hair, the bead foundation, the hand tied row, and the cut and blend finish — so you leave the same day with a finished head of hair.
It depends on your natural density and the fullness or length you want. Most clients start with one to three wefts in a single row; bigger goals run multiple rows. We map the exact amount on your virtual consultation so nothing is guessed and nothing is wasted.
The Signature Hair carries a four month hair quality warranty. With proper home care you maintain the same hair across your move ups rather than rebuying it every visit — a move up reinstalls your existing wefts, and new hair is only added when the original begins to wear.
