By accessing this website, submitting a consultation request, booking an appointment, or enrolling in our SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, book appointments online, or enroll in our SMS program. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book and consent on your behalf. By using the site or opting in to SMS, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

When you opt in to our SMS program, we may send the following types of messages to the mobile number you provide:

• Appointment confirmations after you book.
• Appointment reminders sent in advance of your scheduled visit.
• Scheduling changes such as rescheduling requests or cancellations.
• Service follow-ups related to your visit, aftercare instructions, or move-up timing.
• Occasional promotions announcing seasonal offers, new services, or limited availability.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment cadence and our promotional schedule, typically no more than four messages per month.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. You may resubscribe at any time by opting in again on our site or in the salon.

For help, reply HELP at any time. You will receive a message with our contact information and a summary of how to manage your subscription.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages we send and that you send in reply. Check your wireless plan for details. The Salon Lounge is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred by your participation in the SMS program.

Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Google Voice, MetroPCS, and Cricket, are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.

Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or undelivered messages.

Salon hours are listed on our Visit page. We respond to non-urgent inquiries within one business day.

Your use of our site and SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it together with these Terms.

All site content — including text, photography, logos, and service descriptions — is owned by The Salon Lounge or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to our pages on personal social media for non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Salon Lounge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, our SMS program, or our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site, our services, or our SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
